Our technicians work across Tidewater’s full rental portfolio every day. They know Baltimore City’s lead-paint registration, Montgomery County’s rental license inspections, and the smoke-detector rule that just changed last legislative session. A contractor from a general directory can do the repair. We can do the repair and keep your property licensable.

During the last deep-freeze event we expanded our mitigation equipment to serve communities when outside companies were fully committed. Water damage, flood response, emergency repairs — our crews are equipped to mitigate, not just diagnose.

We bid alongside your other vendors, not against them.

Tidewater clients are never required to use Tidewater Maintenance. For larger projects we obtain competitive bids from outside vendors alongside ours — so boards see real options. Rental clients receive a discount off standard rates. A captive vendor wouldn’t need to compete; we do.
