Tidewater leadership team — Owings Mills, Maryland
Leadership at Tidewater

The team boards actually meet.

Two generations of ownership. Nine credentialed managers — four PCAM holders among our directors, plus credentialed CAMs across the portfolio. Two former CAI Chesapeake Chapter Presidents. A Controller with an MBA and CPA. The people who run Tidewater are in the building, accessible, and on the phone.

Leadership

The team you can actually reach.

In most management companies, leadership is a directory. At Tidewater, the people listed here are in the building — accessible to staff, to boards, and to the homeowners who depend on the work we do.

PCAM Holders on Staff

CAI Professional Community Association Manager

The President (Marc Greenberg), Senior Director of Operations (Gail Windisch), Director of QA (Joe Jordan), and Delmarva Regional Director (Don Gentry) all hold the PCAM. Several of our Community Association Managers also hold the CMCA designation.

Tidewater pays every CAI designation cost upfront. For managers, administrative staff, and accountants. Most firms make staff foot the bill — we treat credentials as company infrastructure.
