Our Vetting Process
At Tidewater Companies, we aim to provide the best service with the best partners in the business. Please know that once you’ve been selected for a project at one of our associations, you will need to submit the following items to the respective Community Association Manager so that your company can go through the compliance verification process. Those documents should include a completed Form W9 (rev. October 2018) and Certificate of Insurance (which provides the appropriate coverage levels of $1,000,000.00 Each Occurrence and $2,000,000.00 General Aggregate). Vendor Vetting
Once you’ve gone through the compliance verification process and you’re approved, you’ll be in our system and actively available to our Community Association Managers to utilize at their properties.

Vendor Opportunities
We’re always looking for quality resources and options to make available to our communities and clients. If you’re interested in working with Tidewater’s clients, please submit the Vendor Interest Form. Your information will be distributed to all our managers for consideration in the projects and contracts they are bidding out.
