Tidewater Property Management, Inc. Acquires Signature Property Management, Inc.
Lewes, Delaware, September 16, 2020– Tidewater Property Management, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Signature Property Management, Inc., a community management company located in Lewes, Delaware. This purchase has added about 40 associations to Tidewater’s community management division, as well as six employees and a fourth office location.
Signature Property Management, Inc. has been serving Delaware and the Maryland Eastern Shore with quality, professionalism, and knowledge; it has a long and enduring reputation for outstanding service and complete transparency – qualities that embody the ideal extension of Tidewater.
