Our Vetting Process
At Tidewater Companies, we aim to provide the best service with the best partners in the business. We simplified our vetting process to ensure you don’t miss an opportunity. To get started, email your completed Form W9 (rev. October 2018) and Certificate of Insurance (which provides the appropriate coverage levels of $1,000,000.00 Each Occurrence and $2,000,000.00 General Aggregate) via this link: Vendor Vetting
Once you’ve gone through the compliance verification process and you’re approved, you’ll be in our system and actively available to our Community Association Managers to utilize at their properties.
